Plan Entitlements Table (Tiers)

Plan Entitlements Table
The Plan Entitlements Table is incorporated into and forms part of Goldfinger’s Terms of Service.

 

Storage Limits 
Heads up! Your storage limit is the combined total of all your instances (like Production and QA). So, if you are using 5 GB in Production, and 15 GB in QA, your total is over 10 GB, and under 25 GB, you are in the Business tier, even if you started on Pro.

 

API Rate Limits
These limits are also a combined total across all your instances, and Jira/CRM limits these to keep things running smoothly. Please see Jira’s Rate-Limiting documentation to learn more.

 

Astrix (*)
Features marked with an asterisk (*) in the Plan Entitlements Table are provided by BluBees AI Powered Automation Platform inside Jira Cloud.

 

Summation
The numbers in the Plan Entitlement Table are a summation of all of your instances combined. The summation applies not only to Storage, it also applies to API Rate Limit, Instances, etc.
